About me

Hello and welcome,

I have always loved dogs and now I get paid to look after other peoples furry friends and I couldn't be happier! At the moment I am offering dog walking, 1-2-1 training and pet pop-ins, for more details see 'services and prices'.

I have a diploma in Animal Behaviour, Ecology and Conservation from Anglia Ruskin University and have completed the Think Dog! course which was originally designed by John Fisher but has been revised and updated by Sarah Whitehead, a renowned behaviourist for over a decade. I have completed the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) foundation course and hope next to apply for the Part Two and then apply for full membership as well as the BIPDT (British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers) all of which only use positive reinforcement training methods, such as Clicker Training, food, toys or verbal rewards.

I am fully insured for dog walking with Ageas.

I have spent 4 years volunteering with Hearing Dogs for Deaf People as a Puppy Socializing Trainer Assistant, with tasks such as loose lead training, basic obedience and sound training.

I also spent 3 years helping at Cambridge Dogs, a local APDT accredited group that helps with puppy training right through to adolescence and some advance heel-work-to-music.

I can offer some behavioural and obedience training on a 1-2-1 basis so please feel free to contact me about any requirements you have.
